《对外投资管理办法》由中国发展改革委于2026年10月16日发布，自2026年12月1日起施行。该办法适用于境内企业、其他组织和居民个人的境外投资，主要对对外投资指导和服务、对外投资监管和对外投资保护等作出规定，以推进中国高水平对外开放、促进对外投资高质量发展。
