国家人权行动计划（2026－2030年）
简介
中国政府制定的第五期国家人权行动计划共设八章，在“引导新兴人权领域健康发展”一章下设“促进企业落实人权责任”专节，要求企业遵循《联合国工商业与人权指导原则》，提升人权尽责意识和能力，鼓励企业制定并公开发布履行社会责任的政策与承诺，对自身经营管理活动和供应链风险进行评估，完善投诉处理机制并披露履责信息，同时将环境、社会、公司治理理念融入企业全球发展战略，促进企业在对外经贸合作和投资中实施人权尽责。
