2026年7月1日，国务院施行《国务院关于对外投资的规定》。该规定明确了中国对外投资基本原则，针对性完善了对外投资服务、管理、保护方面的主要制度，对促进中国对外投资高质量发展，支持投资者按照市场化原则开展对外投资活动，稳妥预置投资领域风险防范应对措施具有重要意义。
