NEW WEBINAR - Implementing the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights

On 12 June 2020, the DCAF-ICRC partnership joined a side event in the United Nations Virtual Forum on Responsible Business and Human Rights on the implementing of Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights.

With Annie Burdzy from the DCAF joining as one of the panelists, the discussion introduced and discussed the current efforts to include human rights standards in the work practices of private security providers servicing the extractive industry.
